Formed in 1992, CALS Ambassadors are a group of students passionate about the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences and UW-Madison. With majors spanning the breadth of CALS, we seek to help prospective students and their families learn more about the opportunities associated with an education at UW.
Throughout each academic school year and summer, you will find ambassadors representing the college at college fairs and industry events, hosting tours on campus, interacting with alumni and more. The CALS Ambassadors are funded through a grant from the non-profit Wisconsin Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni Association, the college’s very own alumni organization.
The ambassadors are always excited to share their knowledge about CALS and student experience at UW. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com for more information about CALS.
Exploring CALS – April 3
Join us for Exploring CALS Admitted Students Day! This event invites admitted UW students to explore the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences in ways unique to them. Hear about the many opportunities that CALS has to offer, including CALS Study Abroad and Career Services. Trouble choosing a major? During our department fair, EVERY CALS major will be represented with knowledgeable people present to answer all questions. Curious about what else happens on campus beyond classes? There will also be a student organization showcase with many enthusiastic CALS students promoting the extracurricular options the CALS campus has to offer. Additionally, choose a tour option that suits your interests and interact with current CALS students while exploring campus. By the end of this event, all questions relevant to your future college experience will be answered.
